When actively using the Bluetooth connection on the chip, I don't really see the speed having an impact. But I would not use Bluetooth very quickly, Bluetooth 4.2 data transfer is super slow. I am thinking about getting a better Intel Wi-Fi chip, just for no other reason than having a better something in my PC.
