Re: Assign Trailers to Drivers. #4 by plykkegaard » 17 Mar 2022 19:21. The driver uses the trailers for sure but you can make them private and thus available as you arrive. Assign specific trailers to the garage if you want this. This signature virus has been spliced with the Fundementalism-B virus to create a new more contagious strain. ME : no truck for myself, because I will just do QUICK jobs. If you have two trucks just assign/reallocate them to two drivers. You of course have to buy a personal truck first, but you can reallocate that to a hired driver whenever you like - it will leave you in a slot with no truck. If you have three trucks and two drivers, just sell the Visit the Drivers tab. In the main hub, once you have started or loaded a season, either click or tab to the ‘Drivers’ area of the menu along the bottom menu bar. From there, select any of your three existing drivers. You must select a driver you would like to be replaced, as accepting a new driver’s contract via this method will switch
The general consensus is that while upgrading trucks does make a difference for hired drivers, the change is so minimal that its not really worth worrying about. ImmortalHitman720. OP • 4 yr. ago. Thanks for the answer and information! Walo00. • 4 yr. ago. Yeah not worth upgrading their trucks unless you have a lot of money burning a hole
OFFLINE, as in "single player"? Then yes, of course they will work. But only when the game is running. Before the changes I linked in my previous post, hired drivers' jobs would count depending on the server's time, so a week without playing and when you connected back, you got millions from the hired drivers. Not anymore.

Every job has a randomly generated per kilometre 'maintenance' cost calculated upon completion on top of the driver's fixed payment per delivery and per kilometre. Those numbers can be found in the save game profit logs. It doesn't happen often but occasionally even higher than level 36 drivers will fail to make money if that maintenance figure

To employ a driver you must use the main control panel of the game. Click on the job agency icon located in lower right corner. Then click on the hire driver button. The agency, regardless the skills of employed drivers, always charges a commission in amount of $1500. When you pick your driver pay attention to: work evaluation - the higher the
The only remark that can be raised at SCS is that ferry time is counted twice in the job's total time. Maybe they wanted to make hired drivers less likely to get on ferries, but this way they made game to avoid most ferries, as the job's total time (that matters for Best route) grows up more than needed.

There is as far as I know no limit to how many trailers you can have in a garage. The most versatile trailer type is flatbed with pins, as it can take both tanks with liquid content and regular containers. Double trailers can only be placed and used in the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and However, the appearance of higher rated drivers is dependent on new drivers being added to the game by SCS, because the ratings of a driver in the game are set based on the player driver's level at the time the driver is added to the pool and when you create an in-game profile _all_ existing drivers are added to the pool from the beginning.
Re: Hired driver names and immersion. #3 by bobgrey1997 » 29 Nov 2020 15:34. The drivers you hire in-game are real people, name, portrait, etc. The source SCS uses is for this is their own community, starting with their own employees, then expanding out into the community here. You may find Drivers which are notable/influential members of this

There should be a point to updating all of your trucks, at least for the functional items. Here are some suggestions: - Cab/Console: Reduces driver fatigue/rest requirements. - Chassis: Allows hauling the heavier loads. - Engine: Allows hauling the heavier loads/reduces trip time. - Tires: Increases fuel efficiency.

Not really your AI drivers, but you can see "your" trucks in traffic. Nothing is going to put AI versions of your virtual drivers in the game unless SCS does it. And I don't see it ever happening. It'd make more sense to just generate random AI traffic same as Jazzy's pack with a preselected paint and equipment with no real destination in mind .
