The Citroën C4 Cactus Noir 2024 stands out even more for the power of its engine. Equipped with a 1.6 THP engine, this version delivers an impressive 166 hp at 6,000 rpm and a torque of 24.4 kgfm at 1,400 rpm with gasoline in the tank. With ethanol, power increases to 173 hp at 6,000 rpm, maintaining the same torque.
The C4 Cactus is a successful tow car, as long as you don’t have too much to carry. It’ll cope with a maximum of 825kg, although this drops to 600kg if the car is fully loaded. The 99bhp diesel is the one to go for, and it makes light work of towing; certainly more so than other small cars, at least until the legal limit hoves into view.
